How It Works

1. Start Intake :-
You’ll first need to complete a short form (link to form). Once submitted, we’ll follow up to request permission to review your medical history.

2. Meet a Doctor :- Have a virtual consult with one of our physicians to learn if ketamine or Spravato® is a good fit for you. If so, we’ll decide on a treatment plan best suited to your needs

3. Begin Treatment :-
Infusions and Spravato treatments will take place in our private suite. Our clinical team will monitor you throughout the process, ensuring your safety and comfort. You’ll remain in the clinic for a short observation period after the treatment to ensure you’re okay to leave. It’s illegal to drive following ketamine therapy, so you’ll need to organize transport home. 

4. Maintenance Sessions :-
An initial round of treatment typically consists of two sessions per week for multiple weeks. As time continues, the number of sessions will become more spaced out. Maintenance doses may be required to uphold the theraputic benefits of ketamine.

Preparing for Ketamine

Before your first session, we’ll send you clear preparation instructions, including what to eat, which medications to pause, and how to mentally prepare. A calm, open mindset can make a big difference.

We will provide you with specific instructions regarding food and prescription medication intake before your appointment. Set and setting are vital—entering the space with a calm, positive and relaxed inner voice will help jumpstart your healing journey.
At Emerge Ketamine, your experience is our total focus. We go to great lengths to provide our patients with a positive environment that promotes healing. Headphones and eye masks are available to minimize distracting external stimuli like light and sound. We offer curated playlists of carefully selected music, or you can choose your own meaningful soundtrack. Throughout your infusion, your Emerge Ketamine provider will be with you one-on-one. Continuous, discreet medical monitoring allows you to relax with the assurance of safety. Your provider will be available for guidance, verbal support, and treatment adjustments— whatever you need on your healing journey. You are encouraged to have a guest with you (a partner, close friend or family member) during your infusion therapy.
Ketamine treatments are often profound experiences, allowing for fresh insight and strengthening healthy thought pathways. The time after a treatment is ripe with opportunity to reflect, grow, and heal within your mind. We will provide you with tailored aftercare instructions to help you make the most of your new headspace. Patients treated in our infusion suite will require a friend or family member to drive them home.
